Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a pivotal role in a dynamic recruiting organization, working closely with a team of recruiters. This position involves managing recruiting activities and fostering candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their initial impression of the company. ResponsibilitiesSchedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging travel for visiting candidates.Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, and confirm new hires.Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsSuperb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
