Beacon Hill has partnered with a well respected financial services firm in Chicago in hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to start immediately. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and providing high-level support to recruiters and hiring managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.Support recruiters with job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate pipeline management.Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth interview logistics.Assist with onboarding and new hire coordination as needed.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with executives and senior stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS is a plus.Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
