Description We are looking to bring on board a Recruiting Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, United States. As a vital part of our team, your role will be to assist in the Human Resources operations, which includes sourcing and recruiting potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring the smooth and efficient process of filling open positions to meet our workforce needs. Responsibilities: • Sourcing potential candidates through various methods such as online ads, social media, professional networks, leads, and referrals. • Conducting initial screenings of candidates' resumes and job applications. • Arranging phone and in-person interviews for prospective candidates. • Updating and maintaining the Recruiting Report consistently. • Undertaking general clerical duties as required and assisting with special projects. • Initiating first interviews to fill open positions in line with the company's workforce needs and goals. • Ensuring quality candidates are sourced and attracted to meet the company's standards. • Assisting the Human Resources Manager with general clerical duties and special projects as needed. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when required. • Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role such as Recruiting Coordinator or Human Resources. • Demonstrated ability to manage Benefit Functions. • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven track record in Compliance and understanding of related regulations. • Experience in managing Employee Relations. • Experience in conducting Interviews and coordinating interview schedules. • Proficient in Onboarding new employees. • Ability to Schedule Interviews and manage calendars for multiple stakeholders. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field would be advantageous.
