Job Title: Interview SchedulerJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Interview Scheduler to join our recruiting team in Omaha. You will be assisting with interview scheduling and working closely with six recruiters to ensure a seamless process. This position requires strong communication skills, both via email and phone, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with scheduling interviews for the recruiting team.
+ Gather details from recruiters regarding managers and roles.
+ Manage a high volume of Outlook work.
+ Communicate effectively via email and phone.
+ Utilize the Yellow scheduling platform (training will be provided).

+ Strong phone communication skills.
+ Proficiency in written email communication.
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized.
+ Computer literacy and quick learning ability.
+ Accountability and reliability to complete tasks.

+ Open to new graduates.
+ Experience working in an office environment is a plus.
+ Professional demeanor and good energy.
+ Degree not required.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in Aksarben, with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be working closely with a team of six recruiters. This role starts on a contract basis with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance. The office environment is collaborative and supportive, providing the necessary tools and training to succeed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00
