Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re hiring a **Recruiting Coordinator** to support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
3+ month assignment, possible temp-to-hire
$30/hr
**Key Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator:**
+ Act as a key contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
+ Schedule and coordinate virtual, onsite, and phone interviews, including travel arrangements for candidates.
+ Draft and send offer letters, ensuring accuracy in compensation and other details.
+ Manage pre-hire background checks and resolve escalations as needed.
+ Conduct onboarding tasks, including New Hire Orientation and I-9 verifications.
+ Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide real-time updates to recruiting partners.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely recruitment operations.
**Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or Recruiting Assistant.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required.
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
+ Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
**Work Environment for the Recruiting Coordinator:**
+ Local candidates only; must be commutable to Framingham, MA.
+ Standard work hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (36.25-hour workweek).
+ Hybrid work model: 1-2 in-office days per month, with additional in-office days based on team or business needs.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
