Recruiting Coordinator
MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for our client in Anderson, SC. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and assist with screening and interviewing candidates. Recruiting Coordinators work closely with Staffing Specialists to match qualified candidates with job openings. This role also includes administrative tasks such as receptionist duties and facilitating candidate orientation. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Career Path Staffing Specialist Branch Coordinator On-site Support Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of professional work experience Preferred Education and Experience Experience in the staffing industry or manufacturing HR is a plus Proficiency in using an HRIS or ATS system Associate’s degree or equivalent Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite General Requirements Experience interacting with the general public Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Essential Functions Answer phones and assist walk-in candidates with inquiries and applications Perform receptionist duties, including signing in candidates and guiding them through the application process Support various HR functions related to recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and address applicant inquiries about open positions Provide orientation materials and essential information to new hires Process background checks, education verifications, and drug testing Manage recruitment communications, ensuring accurate job vacancy information, coordinating orientation activities, optimizing office logistics, and participating in branch meetings Offer administrative support for employment and recruitment, maintaining accurate documentation and records Regularly review work orders and collaborate with Staffing Specialists and the Operations Manager to meet staffing goals Interview candidates for transactional and project-based roles Schedule interviews, pre-screening assessments, client meetings, and orientations Update Staffing Specialists on candidate status post-orientation Conduct monthly branch audits and maintain inventory for client-required uniforms, PPE, and other materials Maintain employment records and assist with audits in coordination with recruiting leadership Work Environment or Working Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands
