\nAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you are responsible for helping us reach our next growth stage. Your positive attitude and behind the scenes efforts make the candidate experience at PitchBook impressive. You support a high-volume recruiting team managing candidate interview logistics, candidate experience, and assisting in the operations of the recruiting team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
\n\nCreate an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the interview process \nOwn the interview scheduling process including phone screens, virtual interviews, onsite interviews, and debrief sessions \nCommunicate with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams on logistics related to interviewing \nMaintain Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System, to ensure we are taking advantage of every efficiency \nUtilize the ATS and our other metric tools to track and report on metrics \nIdentify and implement operational process improvements within the recruiting team \nWrite creative and compelling job postings while ensuring accuracy and consistency in posting across job boards \nHelp the recruiting team build a pipeline of candidates for different positions as requested\nSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors\nParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requested\n\n\n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n\nBachelor’s degree\n2+ years of previous experience in an administrative support and/or coordination role. Roles within an HR or Recruiting team a plus\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines \nProven talent to think on your feet and handle issues with resourceful solutions \nDemonstrated success in a role requiring extensive customer interaction\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nMust be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to pick up new systems and software easily. Previous experience with an applicant tracking system a plus\n\n\n

Compensation
\n\nAnnual base salary: $50,000-$60,000\nTarget annual bonus percentage: 7.5%\n\n\n
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.

Working Conditions:
\nWe believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it’s helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.
\nThe job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
