Recruiting Coordinator
Atlas Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is an integral part of our recruiting operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking system (ATS) updates, supporting onboarding, and assisting with employer branding and recruiting events.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Interview Scheduling & Candidate Coordination

Own the interview scheduling process, ensuring timely coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries professionally. Monitor requisitions and respond to HR screening requests, following up with candidates who haven't responded. Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes, keeping recruiters informed of all updates.

Job Requisition & ATS Management

Manage incoming applications through the ATS, reviewing resumes, updating candidate statuses, and assisting recruiters with dispositioning candidates. Repost budgeted requisitions every 30 days and close requisitions as needed. Utilize job boards and ATS search functions to identify and engage potential candidates.

Offer Letter Creation & Approval

Generate offer letters based on approved requests, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies for clarification. Update offer letters as needed for changes in start dates, salary, or bonuses, securing approvals before reissuing. Identify opportunities to improve the offer request process to enhance efficiency.

Candidate Onboarding Support

Initiate background checks and onboarding steps to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Track onboarding progress, follow up with candidates, and proactively resolve potential issues. Communicate with recruiters, HR managers, and the onboarding team regarding candidate progress and any necessary process adjustments.

Recruiting Events, Employer Branding & Metrics

Assist with logistical planning for job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities. Maintain and update the recruiting event calendar to ensure Atlas Tech maintains a strong presence in the market. Support employer branding efforts through social media, job boards, and other recruitment marketing initiatives. Maintain recruitment data in the ATS, generate reports on key hiring metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation related to hiring decisions while upholding confidentiality and data privacy standards. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of building positive relationships across departments. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
