As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to help CyraCom grow by providing operational and technical support for recruitment and selection. You will drive our applicant pipeline by actively contacting and scheduling candidates by phone and email, while keeping a firm grasp on deadlines and targets. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:Coordinate and schedule all aspects of language interpreter pre-screening and assessment activities.
Provide administrative support at/for recruiting events.
Enter data into Human Resources Information System (HRIS) ensuring the accuracy of information.
Develop and cultivate strong consultative relationships with other departments to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Represent CyraCom to the public; perform recruiting related activities such as job fairs, community events, etc.
Manage files, ensuring that files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
Receive and timely process or respond to verbal and written requests.
Maintain confidentiality of all materials.
Resolve routine problems in person, by phone or through written correspondence.
Occasionally travel from regular office location for job events, meetings, training, presentations, and related recruiting activities.
Exercise a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation using personal initiative to identify and recommend best practices.
Demonstrate a continued commitment to professional education and industry best practices.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you must have:Knowledge of HRIS and skilled at entering data accurately and quickly
Exceptional commitment to confidentiality in sensitive human resource matters.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource functions.
Basic knowledge of the laws or regulations governing personnel records management and records retention.
Fluency in English and Spanish
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you must be:Skilled at organizing and prioritizing workload and ability to meet deadlines in spite of frequent work interruptions.
Skilled at exercising initiative within the parameter of company policies and procedures.
Skilled at establishing effective working relationships and ability to deal tactfully and courteously with all parties.
Skilled in verbal and written communications and a strong ability to exercise tact and diplomacy with a variety of customers at different organizational levels.
Able to competently operate common office equipment, including, but not limited to, computer, fax, copier and telephone system
Minimum Qualifications:A high school diploma, GED or equivalent and two years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in the Human Resources field.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer (or other internet browser).
Ideally, you will also have:Hands on experience with Workday.

Extensive use of a computer and repetitive hand movements in the performance of duties. Occasional lifting and carrying of material weighing up to twenty pounds may be required Equipment Operated: Personal computer, printers, fax, copier and telephone.
