Job SummaryJoin our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Recruiting Coordinator. We are actively hiring for someone to support our Talent Acquisition team by providing a world-class experience to our hiring teams and candidates. This role will initially focus on interview scheduling and new hire onboarding activities with opportunity to take on additional recruiting and sourcing responsibilities as time permits. You will work with a variety of DRS hiring managers and teams and need to be comfortable balancing multiple sites and time zones.
The Recruiting Coordinator has hybrid flexibility - work at least 2 days in office and the balance of the week remotely from home.
What You Will Do Work closely with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to efficiently manage the recruiting and interviewing process Scheduling of all interview activity for 2 or more DRS locations using Outlook and Teams; coordinate multi-person interview teams and calendars; manage reschedule requests as needed Manage new hire onboarding tasks including background checks, new hire paperwork, IT set up, and more Communicate clearly and efficiently to candidates, new hires, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, hiring manager, and interview teams Conduct a variety of tasks necessary for ensuring a great interview and new hire experience - welcoming candidates, facilitating onsite interviews, participating in new hire orientation, etc. Assist with recruiting and sourcing support to all business unit sites Assist with onboarding and activities for summer interns Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED Some experience in Recruiting and/or HR is preferred Must demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to move between projects easily and quickly Must be able to listen to others and work well as part of a team; eager to share ideas and interested in process improvement Proficient in MS Office including a comfort level with Outlook and Teams; prior experience with HRIS systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)U.S. Citizenship required.
