Responsibilities The Recruiting Coordinator will support all aspects of the candidate and new hire experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize and is able to be flexible to support the entire team on day-to-day processes. This position will be based in New York and report to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Support corporate recruiting efforts Manage job posts and candidate stages in our Applicant Tracking System (iCims) and externally to career sites such as Linkedin Creatively use social media, job boards, networking groups, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs Help shape and enhance our employer brand to attract both experienced professionals and early career talent Assist in managing relationships with preferred third party recruitment firms, universities, and other talent pipelines Work closely with candidates, hiring managers, and talent team to ensure a smooth interview process Schedule phone, video and onsite interviews Organize travel arrangements for candidates when needed Facilitate interviews for both experienced and early career candidates Follow up with team for feedback on interviews Collect and share interview feedback with hiring teams and provide updates to candidates and agencies as needed Manage onboarding process for new hires Coordinate between Talent Acquisition and the broader Human Resources team for a smooth onboarding experience Administer candidate background checks Update hiring managers on status of current offers Partner with Related hiring managers and administrative staff to manage process of new hire transition and first day requirements Reporting and Data Management Build reports to analyze recruitment trends, year to date hires and open job reports for the business on a weekly or monthly basis Allocate and process invoices from vendors Compensation $33.65 - $38.46 / hour Annual performance based bonus Qualifications 1+ years of relevant recruitment or human resources experience Mature professional with excellent judgment and strong interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to thrive in a high-performance culture. Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee information, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
