This program provides hands-on experience with real-world HR and recruiting support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the development of HR and recruiting functions in a phase of organizational growth and development.  Exceptional performance during the program may lead to a paid internship opportunity, setting the stage for a promising career in Recruiting/ HR. Responsibilities: + Identify candidates, and pipelining quality candidates + Post positions on various job boards as required + Coach candidates on best practice interviewing + Negotiate offers and closing + Track requisitions and candidates, including metrics and reporting + Provide guidance and answering questions related to processes and contacts for temporary hiring + Build strategic sourcing pipelines with key individuals, both internal and external to the company, with significant social networks and insightful recommendations for top talent + Expand our referral efforts, attend related events and generate sourcing campaigns + Enter data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records. + Maintain HR department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. + Communicates with employees about their personnel documentation and answers specific HR questions of employees. + Help with new hire onboarding, which includes issuing the offer letter, triggering the background check, and all onboarding procedures. Required Experience: + 1-2 years recruiting for data scientist, data analyst, data engineers, etc. + Bachelor degree, technical background are plus + Proven ability to attract top talent using non-traditional recruitment methods + Ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and employees + Ability to work in a fast paced environment + Strong communication skills + Ability to work independently and be highly proactive + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately + Bilingual Mandarin-speaking is a plus + Worked in the high tech industry, a plus Thank you!
