What You'll Do
The International Campus Recruiting Intern's main tasks will include, but are not limited
to:
Assist the INSEAD/LBS/Cambridge JUDGE/Oxford SAID/IESE/ESADE Leads in theorganization and logistics of international recruitment campaignsPrepare and participate in interview days, marketing, and recruiting events forINSEAD/LBS//Cambridge Judge/Oxford Said/IESE/ESADE, and other MBA students(interviews on campus, cocktails, coffee chats, presentations, etc.) with the respectiveCampus(es) Lead(s)Utilize BCG platforms to create and manage eventsAnswering and managing general questions in the group mailboxHelp in supporting BCG Consultants currently studying at INSEAD/LBS/CambridgeJudge/Oxford Said/IESE/ESADE/other MBAs: provide logistical help, answer general questionsPrepare and attend the international interview days on campuses and provide onsite helpTrack alumni and perform general / ad hoc analyses on recruiting activities and the pool
Manage the regional recruiting knowledge management platform (EGNYTE/SharePoint):
Consolidate and update information and documents for INSEAD/LBS/CambridgeJudge/Oxford Said/IESE/ESADE/MBA topicsEnsure correct user access level
The role may require ability to travel occasionally to support the various recruiting activities.
What You'll Bring
Master’s or bachelor’s degreeEligible for either curricular or extracurricular internshipEligible for a 6-month internship of 35-40 hours per weekPrevious experience in an international environmentPrevious experience in recruiting and event management is a plusFluent English required, fluent Spanish and/or fluent French is a plusGood knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PPT)
