MAU is hiring a Recruiting Leader for our client in Florence, KY. As a Recruiting Leader, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Career Path Regional Manager Director Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Associate’s degree 2+ years of recruiting experience Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience recruiting in manufacturing is ideal General Requirements Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships Excellent oral and written communication skills Assertive, outgoing personality with a proactive approach Self-motivated, thorough, and driven to achieve success Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Essential Functions Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR and hiring managers, leading the placement process Collaborate with hiring managers to review job descriptions, align on market trends, and recommend updates Schedule and lead position qualification meetings to understand the needs for approved requisitions Provide weekly status updates to hiring managers and facilitate post-interview debriefs Oversee hiring activities, including job postings, application reviews, interview coordination, and offer facilitation Manage candidate dispositions, pre-employment testing, and feedback surveys for exempt and non-exempt roles Handle contractor management: requisition tracking, interview coordination, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes Oversee student programs, including co-ops and interns, from requisition approval to onboarding and program events Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth day-one readiness Prepare reports and participate in client and internal staffing meetings Support employee conversions to full-time roles and assist onsite teams as needed Work Environment or Working Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Further, it may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy-power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature-controlled environments to GMP clean rooms.
Physical Demands Ability to lift 5 to 20 lbs. periodically Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours at a time Ability to sit for up to 4 hours at a time Travel Less than 15% of the time
