As a Talent Manager, you’ll play a key role in recruitment, business development, and client services. You’ll source and match top-tier candidates with outstanding companies, build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, and help grow our presence in the local market. Talent Manager – Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Matching + Source, interview, and place top-tier administrative, finance, or professional talent + Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates + Conduct skills assessments and reference checks Client Relationship Management + Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs + Understand client business objectives and talent gaps + Deliver exceptional service and customized staffing solutions Business Development + Identify and pursue new business opportunities + Attend networking events and leverage market insights + Collaborate with other teams to grow client partnerships Operational & Admin Tasks + Manage candidate and client data using internal systems + Track metrics, placements, and sales activity + Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, onboarding, and compliance Market & Industry Expertise + Stay up to date on hiring trends in the LA/South Bay market + Advise clients on compensation benchmarks and staffing strategies Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline—Business, Communications, HR, or related fields a plus) 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, account management, or client service Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong memory and attention to detail; able to manage multiple candidate and client interactions simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow professionally Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Tech-savvy; able to navigate CRM systems and productivity tools TalentMatch® ­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
