Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of recruiting best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage, mentor, and lead a recruiter, talent acquisition coordinator to achieve hiring goals. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Optimize and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Build and maintain strong employer branding to enhance talent attraction. Establish key recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data to improve processes. Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks. Develop a college recruiting strategy, to attract interns and college graduates. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) preferred. Experience in high-growth or startup environments. Familiarity with employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary. Range: $91,000 to $137,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match.
