POSITION SUMMARY

Newrez is seeking a dynamic and creative Recruiting Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent in the mortgage and financial services industry. You will work closely with our Recruiting and Marketing teams to create compelling content, leverage digital channels, and build the Newrez brand as an employer of choice.

DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to build awareness of Newrez as an employer of choice in the mortgage industry.Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure recruitment marketing projects are completed on time and tasks are followed through to successful completion.Enhance and promote Newrez’s employer brand through digital platforms, job boards, social media, and other marketing channels.Produce engaging content (articles, videos, infographics, etc.) for job postings, social media platforms, and recruitment campaigns to highlight Newrez's culture, values, and employee benefits.Manage and grow Newrez’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Handshake, showcasing job opportunities and company culture.Work closely with recruiting team, marketing and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for social campaigns.Track and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Monitor and manage online employer reviews on platforms like Glassdoor and Indeed, ensuring Newrez maintains a positive employer image.Promote and manage content creation for career fairs, webinars, and recruitment events.Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.2-4 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

Strong proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and job boards.Creative content creation skills, with a strong eye for detail and design.Canva experience is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.Experience with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM systems, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
