Ecolab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Opener in Pune, India to join our team. The GBS Opener will receive and validate requisition information provided, load any missing information into the job posting template to ensure we have all the needed information and validates accuracy of information.
This role will be responsible for:
Review new requisitions and assess if it is ready to post or if additional information is needed
Find additional information that may be needed to complete job posting
Post requisitions to internal only or internal and external job boards, depending on approvals and provided standards for role
This role will be accountable for:
Reviewing and editing job requisitions in designated timeframe
Ensuring accuracy to job specifics, such as location, shift information, wages, etc.
Completing all assigned duties accurately and on-time
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
Must possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job postings and requisition information
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and gathering necessary information
Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple requisitions and postings efficiently
