**Description**
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Manages candidate prehire through new hire onboarding processes, ensuring hiring activities are completed with urgency, consistency and accuracy.
+ Facilitate candidate skills testing for appropriate positions.
+ Support other recruiters as needed with onboarding task
+ Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure hiring needs and scheduling are being met
+ Responsive to incoming calls from applicants and employees, answering questions and providing guidance to ensure a positive recruiting and onboarding experience.
+ Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
+ Ensure that HR activities are completed in accordance with HR Work Processes.
+ Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining consistency of service.
+ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships professionally at all levels both internal and external.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ High level of proficiency with DISA
+ Minimum two years of related work
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
+ Self-motivated and driven to learn and improve.
+ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be flexible, navigate change, and work as a team.
