RECRUITING REPRESENTATIVE AT PRIMEFLIGHT

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiting Representative to join our Human Resources team. This entry level role is pivotal in supporting the hiring of top talent in support of our field operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management with the proven ability to meet deadlines.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administratively support recruiters and hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, recruiting compliance onboarding and processing hires Ensure compliance with the various pre- employment requirements Ensure meticulous quality control in document management to uphold accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all organizational records Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters regarding candidates in the hiring process, providing updates and raising concerns/delays Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for all openings Promote the company’s culture, values, and mission to attract top talent and enhance employer branding initiatives through quality control efforts Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws and regulations Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and processes May be assigned other duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools, a plus Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Ability to facilitate full pre-employment process and understand all steps of the process Ability to audit processes and procedures and assess for efficiency and quality control Strong attention to detail Excellent follow up and follow through UKG experience, a plus Proficiency in EXCEL (VLOOKUP experience is a plus) Must be able to communicate with all levels of professionals throughout the business Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook   Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices Minimal travel required Pass a background check and drug screen Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
