Utilize expert knowledge of talent acquisition technologies to optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles, focusing on markets in Southeast Asia, India, and the US. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelinePlan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicantsScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic screeningsAssessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment termsStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practicesManage the overall interview, selection, and offer processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with defined processRequired Skill / Abilities:

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
