Role Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization in the (Country) with scope to work across region as applicable. Partnering with other HR functions, the (senior) recruiters will be responsible for the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, innovative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter role will play a critical role in ensuring we are increasing the quality of hire by providing the hiring managers with a selection of the best possible talent.
Use direct sourcing activities and TA best practices, ensuring cost effective TA solutions are implemented to support the business needs.
Working with the Regional TA Lead, conduct a quarterly review of the demand plan and determine when RPO solution is required and ensure a smooth execution using RPO.
Responsible to review RPO solution and highlight areas for improvement, manage issues through the Regional TA Lead.
Business Justification:
1. Execution of HR Service Delivery
- Partner with HR Services and HR Partners, strategic staffing, compensation, talent management, communications and learning to determine needs and solutions that drive a performance management culture.
2. Systems integration & process development
- 100% compliance in use of Workday
- Integrate and develop recruitment processes to best meet the tactical and strategic needs of the business
- conduct a quarterly review of the demand planning forecast and execute recruitment solutons
3. Staffing
- Source, screen and manage the end to end recruitment process to integrate talent into the organization
- Ensures all postings follow consistent practices.
- Reinforces recruitment policies regarding agency rate schedules and expectations.
- Assists in the development and implementation of creative recruiting programs to reduce agency dependency.
- Monitors and revises the (Country) Recruitment Agency PSL to deliver quality candidates in a time and cost effective manner
- Develop and refine recruitment metrics and monthly dashboard for recruitment in the North Asia
- Develop and embed employer branding in the North Asia
4. Special Programs
May be the staffing representative on designated cross-functional teams. May have independent responsibility for other programs. May work with designated person to plan and organize site employee activities and special events.

Requirements:
1. Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively, as well as ability to influence others.
2. Capacity to understand recruitment issues and their impact on the context of bigger picture business strategies.
3. Ability to reach agreements and consensus despite differing goals and priorities.
4. Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
5. May require occasional travel and overnight stays as required to support customer needs.
6. Ideally fluent in a second European language (Spanish, German, French)
Education: B.S. degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience gained in either an inhouse, RPO or agency environment
2. Substantial knowledge of maximizing candidate attraction, through the use of key candidate attraction channels, including but not restricted to:
• Networking
• Social/Professional media e.g. Linked in
• Job Boards/Websites
3. Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
4. Experience of working as a part of a remote member of a geographically disperse global team.
5. Strong MS Office software experience required. Skill in database management and record keeping. Strong analytical capability with respect to compensation plans, internal equity and problem solving
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills required. Must be innovative and proactive in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt. Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions and honors personal commitments.
