Recruitment Account Manager

Job Description The Recruitment Account Manager specializing in IT/technical hiring is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering tailored talent acquisition solutions for technical roles. This role demands deep knowledge of the IT industry, exceptional relationship management, and strategic recruitment expertise to attract and secure top technical talent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for IT clients, understanding their unique technical hiring needs.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and technical leads.

Technical Recruitment Strategy Development

Collaborate with clients to create strategic hiring plans for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and other IT positions.

Stay updated on IT trends, tools, and technologies to provide market insights and hiring recommendations.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

Oversee sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche job boards.

Conduct candidate assessments, focusing on technical competencies, culture fit, and career alignment.

Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles.

Team Collaboration and Training

Guide recruitment teams in understanding technical job descriptions and requirements.

Provide mentorship and training on best practices in IT recruitment.

Performance Management and Reporting

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Present data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders for continuous process improvement.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution

Address challenges such as skill shortages, client-candidate mismatches, and counteroffers.

Propose innovative solutions to overcome technical recruitment obstacles.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience of at least 10 years  in IT recruitment or technical hiring.

Strong understanding of IT roles, programming languages, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.); infrastructure roles, data center, cloud engineering, etc.

Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze recruitment data and implement actionable improvements.

Familiarity with technical assessment tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of local and international hiring trends in the IT industry.
