Manage review and job requisition assignment for country supportedArrange interview schedules and briefingsSet up required background checksManage and track required candidate assessmentsProactively report any trends on recruitment administrative requestsIdentify roadblocks, challenges and coordinate exceptions and proactively manage themLiase with local people services to resolve any operational concerns / challengesPerform warm transfers to other non-HR groups, if necessaryProactively take part in delivering good client working relationshipsDeliver excellent employee experience and quality service

Competencies

College graduateExperience in end to end recruitment is a plusRelevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a plusMust have experience in supporting multiple countriesMust have an exposure in dealing with Internal and External Clients, Hiring Managers and StakeholdersMust be able to work independently and can take ownership and accountabilityAbility to build positive relationship at work and with customersAble to represent the ING core values and way of workingCommitment to achieving high levels of service excellence and able to work independently or within a team or under minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) in EnglishAnalytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environmentHigh attention to details ResourcefulWorking knowledge on the use of Recruitment Tools / systems such as Workday is a plus.
