Recruitment Advisor, Peachtree City, Georgia
When you join our team as a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for fulfilling Interfor’s full-cycle recruitment needs and identifying the best available candidates for current and future opportunities. Working collaboratively within the Talent Team, the Recruitment Advisor will build long-term relationships with our hiring managers and candidates across our various operations and corporate offices and strive to build value for our company through delivery of top talent.

This role will require for you to be in our regional corporate office in Peachtree City, GA at least 4-5 days a week.
What You’ll Do
Complete full-cycle recruitment activities for positions across all operations and corporate offices. Work with hiring managers to develop and/or update job descriptions. Post vacancies on our ATS, along with other external job boards Meet with project and hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and act as the internal talent partner to hiring managers to help them identify the best candidates. Collaborate with the hiring team to identify various avenues for advertising open vacancies (ex. job boards, local hiring events, etc). Develop recruitment campaigns to proactively attract qualified and motivated candidates. Lead candidate evaluation discussions following interviews with hiring team. Take candidates through the whole recruitment process including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, facilitating and managing all logistics around the interviewing process, completing offer approvals, and launching onboarding activities. Work with hiring managers to determine competitive compensation packages and complete offer approvals. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication. Attend external career fairs when necessary. Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed (Campus Recruitment).What You Offer
Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in a Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or 3rd Party Agency. Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, preferably from an industrial sector. Good knowledge of generalist HR areas (training, staffing, employment standards, human rights legislation). Strong networker and ability to market an exciting project to candidates. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong business acumen and high level of professionalism. Track record of dealing with confidential information. Ability to work effectively in an interactive team environment. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Ability to work at the speed of the business and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in finding both active and passive job seekers. High level of energy, drive, initiative and commitment. Ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers and HR Representatives. Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.Who We Are
