Recruitment Analyst

Main Job Purpose

As a Recruitment Analyst, you will support the process of hiring talent by sourcing the best candidates from multiple channels, engaging with candidates to solicit applications and screening applications to provide quality long-lists within our Workday Recruitment System.

Main Accountabilities

Partner with HRBP and Talent Partners and create Position Numbers in WorkdayCollaborate with Talent Partners to craft and manage job board advertising and career-site postings, to ensure advertisements are compelling and accurate aligned with our Employee Branding (EB) strategyEngage, screen, and qualify candidates to determine suitability whilst gathering insight on each potential candidates’ suitability. Endorse to Talent Partners (Hiring Managers as needed)Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersGather information from successful candidates for onboardingInitiate medical and background checksAid in contract creation by cleansing candidate data and inputting it in WorkdayEngage in onboarding activities. Coordinate schedules with stakeholders and enabling on-boarding completion (welcome e-mails, etc.)Track one-time payments and endorse for payroll accuracyAssist in work pass applicationManage recruitment tasks via ServiceNow (ticketing tool)Ensure regular communication with Talent Acquisition Partner to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activityPartner with Talent Advisors to achieve TTOA and TTF metricsWork independently in an agile manner, fluidly and depending on the business need, guides and supports stakeholders where necessaryPut the Unilever recruitment business in a position to win in the Global marketParticipate in learning courses to upskill and be Future-FitCollaborate with fellow Hub members in sharing best practices and delivering high performing service

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the candidate experience and stakeholder managementExperience using specialist techniques (Boolean searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels. Proven success in utilizing social networking sites to successfully source candidatesExperience using Workday as a system (ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrityDemonstrable recruitment experience ideally within an in-house, RPO capacity however those with an agency background will also be consideredStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to anticipate needs and solve problems proactivelyStrong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environmentComfortable working in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint etc.); advance proficiency in Excel require
