About the Role
The individual will develop and implement data gathering, monitoring, reporting strategies within the recruitment team. Consult and interact with recruitment manager and serve as the onboarding POC.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor, Extract, Create and Analyze recruitment hiring trackers and reports •Assist the recruitment manager with dashboard and report generation •Responsible for weekly consolidation of reports from sourcing to deployment •Onboarding POCMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of data analysis experienceCreative and adaptive in a dynamic and fast- paced environmentMust have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skillsWorking knowledge of analysis and reporting toolsGood communication skillsHas background in volume-hiring recruitmentCan start ASAPBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
