Recruitment and Training Coordinator-Community-Based Residential Services

CHCNJ is seeking a person with experience in the recruitment of employees and their subsequent training to fill the position of Recruitment and Training Coordinator. This is an administrative position that is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and training processes for all open positions, ensuring a compliant, efficient, and effective workforce. Some of the responsibilities of the Recruitment and Training Coordinator include: + Promotion of CHCNJ philosophy + Develop/implement recruitment strategies and manage job postings across various platforms + Oversee recruitment and hiring processes for all qualified candidates + Identify training needs for all employees and coordinate/schedule required training sessions + Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and training processes for reporting and to ensure all hiring and training activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations + Coordinate with House Managers and other supervisors to understand staffing needs and specific job requirements + Participation in quality improvement meetings and reviews Qualifications for the Recruitment and Training Coordinator position include: + Appropriately related background and knowledge of recruitment, hiring, and training processes + A minimum of two years experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field + A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus Minimum requirements for employment at CHCNJ: + 18 Years of Age + High School Diploma/GED + Basic Computer Skills + Valid Driver’s License + Acceptable Driving Record Among the benefits that CHCNJ offers are low-cost insurance plans that include medical, dental , prescription and vision coverage, as well as plans to cover employee/spouse or employee/child.
