Recruitment Assistant

Excellent opportunity to gain Human Resources experience in the Healthcare field!

Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Full-time; Day Shift; Monday to Friday

Valley Stream, NY

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for calls, status updates and other recruitment tasks to assist with hiring and retention of the best talent Manages trackers for candidates in applicant process Ensures compliance with appropriate governmental and legal regulations, policies and procedures Aligns with Corporate Human Resources team on all projects, as directed by management Continuously work with recruiters to make sure all staffing needs are being met Assists with recruiting events such as job fairs and open houses in Nassau/Queens area

Requirements include:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm! Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry preferred but not required Experience using an Applicant Tracking System preferred but not required
