Recruitment Associate, Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition

For all these reasons, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Associate to be part of the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team, and to play a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company. This is an office-based role. Recognizing that flexibility is sometimes needed, Amazon encourages open communication with recruiters regarding any special circumstances requiring adaptable arrangements. Key job responsibilities • Partner with hiring teams to ensure an end-to-end recruitment process adherence, from role opening until offer management and role closure. • Support execution of recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements. Also maintain key information as required. • Guide Hiring Managers and candidates through the hiring process, answering queries or directing to relevant partner teams when required. • Monitor and sift direct applications according to the role requirements to ensure a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. • Generate pipeline when required, using multiple channels, inclusive of job boards, referrals, events, social media, marketing and adverts. • Actively contribute to Amazon’s internal mobility process by managing administrative tasks for application, interview, offer stage and position closing. Basic Qualifications • A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in German/Italian/French/Spanish • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment • Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment (such as but not limited to: data entry, managing data driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems whether related to customer queries or internal process issues) Preferred Qualifications • Additional proficiency in the following languages: Polish or Czech or French or Italian or Turkish or Spanish or Dutch or Portuguese or Slovak • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
