The Role
This role will play a pivotal role by coordinating and executing various strategic activities. This includes managing timelines, aligning resources, and ensuring the success of key initiatives aimed at strengthening early career programs globally
Identify opportunities to better align with the WTW strategy including leveraging tools, technology and vendors to demonstrate ROI across the function Drive efficiencies by partnering with the experienced hires team to offer a more agile and scalable function that can adjust as needed during peaks and valleys Support budget management and financial accountability by assisting with budget preparation, management, and ensuring that early careers initiatives are delivered on budget Analyze recruitment spend, metrics, and key KPIs Provide dedicated support on key projects related to early careers, working alongside the Early Careers team to ensure critical projects are delivered successfully Assist with aligning input from various stakeholders, incorporating insights from different leads, and providing data-driven recommendations that guide decisions. Ensure that projects remain on track, meet timelines, and address the strategic needs of the businessThis role will have a matrix report into the Global Recruitment Business Manager role to ensure cover for the current recruitment analyst and manager, as well as ensure alignment in sharing best practices and streamlined ways of working (in terms of reporting and alignment to global ways of working).
The Requirements
Ability to gather and interpret data Provide reporting as required (both bespoke and as part of regular cadence) Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Able to adjust and work flexibly across various time zones. Prior experience in supporting global projects/programs.The Application Process
