Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a 9-month fixed term maternity leave contract. Based in Brisbane CBD, this role will focus on white-collar end-to-end recruitment and will work closely with our team spread across the east coast of Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.About You:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a white-collar environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
