Functions Of the Role:

Building, managing and leveraging relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidatesAttending client meetings, developing an expert understanding of client requirements and expectationsIdentifying, approaching, and attracting prospect candidates and clients within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategiesConsistently hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's in order to exceed financial targetsReviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings, and interviewing potential candidatesManaging recruitment processes:Presenting suitable candidates to clients for reviewArranging and coordinate interview processesPreparing candidates for interviews to ensure they perform optimallyManaging the offer process, negotiating salary and other terms and conditionsMaintaining accurate candidate and client records in Bullhorn or other required systemsCoordinating resources to ensure all vacancies are properly workedRepresenting the organisation as an ambassador at sector specific conferences and other external eventsDeveloping market knowledge by staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.Providing insights and advice to clients regarding market conditions and talent availability

Skills We Look For:

Proven success in a previous Recruitment Consultant position (or above) in an agency settingA demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalismA willingness to become a thought-leader in your area - we pride ourselves on our specialist knowledge and provide training and mentorship to all our consultants.
