Summary 

We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, organized, and process-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our organization. This role is responsible for assisting with fulfilling staffing needs within the Case Control Center. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, detail-oriented, adapts to change quickly, and can work both independently and in a team environment. This is an exciting developmental role working within the Employee Success team.  

Responsibilities

Full life cycle recruiting for roles across various practice areas in the firm including case consultants, support staff, and operations. Open and manage requisitions and identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and tools. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for high volume evergreen positions both for internal and external roles.  Initiate candidate outreach, including sending recruiting emails, text messages, social media direct messages and phone calls to potential candidates. Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying and speaking to Morgan and Morgan’s culture while engaging candidates. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Qualification

High school diploma is required; college preferred. At least 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Ability to work full time in office Monday through Friday. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s ATS (Greenhouse). Knowledge of legal recruiting and terminology is preferred.  Excellent verbal, written communication skills, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
