Recruitment Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:
Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
Keeping up with personnel requirements
Working as a team in an office environment.
Recruitment Coordinator Job Requirements:
Nurturing ability (caring, empathetic, compassionate)
Articulite, with strong verbal and written skills
Pleasant phone manner
High level of emotional intelligence
Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills
Spanish speaking is a plus!
