What You’ll Do
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and recruitment, eager to develop their skills. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various roles within the organization. Under the mentorship of the Recruitment Supervisor, you will collaborate with hiring managers, support our talent acquisition efforts, and help ensure a positive candidate experience. This is a hybrid position based in our Westborough, MA office.
In this role, you’ll also:
+ Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to extending offers and coordinating background screenings.
+ Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
+ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
+ Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informed and engaged.
+ Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as necessary to promote the company and attract candidates.
+ Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
+ Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
+ Various other support duties as the need arises.
What You Bring
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ One year of office experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
+ Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking system, particularly ADP Workforce Now, is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
