The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for all reporting and data analytics related to recruiting and hiring, in addition to completing audits on recruiting steps and maintaining updates on recruiting process documentation. The primary objective is to own the updates and processing of reporting metrics, rosters, and analysis of data. In addition, this role is responsible for auditing recruiting reports and interviewdata for accuracy, as well as maintaining updates to processes. This role requires a highly motivated and outgoing person with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The position requires effective leadership and business execution for the following key focus areas. Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change andexpand:Support the Recruiting team through timely updates and tracking for all recruiting reports and rosters.Review and analyze reporting data and provide recommendations to leadership.Audit recruiting reporting and interview data for accuracy and processing.Follow all established documentation and processes for recruiting and hiring.Identify gaps in processes and look for opportunities for improvements.Support and assist with training materials and documentation for new recruiters, interviewers, and/or temporary resources.Participate in monthly calibration sessions.Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.Adhere to assigned performance metrics.Other duties, as assigned.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

Hold a high school diploma, or equivalentBe fluent in the English languageHave expert level experience with G-Suite and Microsoft applicationsHave excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have data analysis and reporting skillsIt will help if you have:Recruiting experience, with strong focus on high-volume hiringExperience in the Call Center BPO industryFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (specifically Avature) and social media applications
