Position Responsibilities:

Drive Agency recruitment numbers for Southern Region

Identify potential candidates to be recruited as Agency Leaders and Agents

Host and organise business opportunity programs and seminars for potential recruits

Maintain a database of potential Agents for future recruitment

Required Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry preferably in the field of Agency Sales, Marketing or Agency Development

Good resource in attracting potential Agents from own contacts, referrals or from various social media platforms
