Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentUtilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, networking, referrals) to identify qualified candidates.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles.Candidate EngagementInitiate contact with potential candidates through personalized outreach and maintain ongoing communication.
Promote the employer brand and provide an exceptional candidate experience.Market Research & InsightsConduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent trends.
Share insights with recruiters and hiring managers to inform sourcing strategies.Collaboration & ReportingPartner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
Track and report sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of solid experience with end-to-end Recruitment particularly handling a wide range of non-technical roles. Strong sourcing expertise in related roles.Background in generating and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate qualityProven experience in managing high-volume technical roles and ensuring timely and effective hiring to meet business needsExperienced in Stakeholder Management
