Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with a hybrid setup, depending on university requirements.
Must have personal equipment (laptop/PC) for remote tasks.
Available to commit to an internship duration of 300 - 600 hours.
Willing to work morning shifts (10 AM - 8 PM) as needed.
