Job DescriptionSourcing quality candidates through all channels with a particular focus on direct hiring (mostly production and warehouse workers, technicians etc.)Creating job advertisements and resume screeningDeveloping an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the organization needs and maintaining candidate databaseScheduling and conducting competency-based interviews and participating in the assessment processGathering employment documentationCollaboration with employment agencies and participating in job fairsProviding feedback to candidates and promoting a positive company image

QualificationsRecent graduate or last year student of Social Sciences or Faculty of Organizational SciencesBasic Excell skillsProactive and structured workGood organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and teamworkFluency in English
