About the Role
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Lead and People Operations Specialist to drive our strategic recruitment efforts. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies to build a diverse team of clinical subject matter experts. You will optimize team onboarding experiences and processes while ensuring our evaluation needs are met with qualified healthcare professionals who can contribute effectively to our quality standards.
Responsibilities
· Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns for specific clinical specialties
· Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs focusing on SME satisfaction
· Lead the transition of SME onboarding processes to new evaluation platforms
· Create standardized recruitment and evaluation protocols
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding workflows
· Coordinate with HR and tech teams to streamline documentation and access
· Build relationships with professional networks and healthcare communities
· Provide strategic recommendations for improving SME experience
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of recruitment procedures
· Contribute to discussions about scaling evaluation capacity
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
· Proven ability to create clear documentation and training materials
· Superior organizational and project management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
· Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
· Basic understanding of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA)
· Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Forms
