Recruitment Manager

Overview

The Manager for Recruitment & Selection is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the company by achieving the goals/objectives established for the department’s key performance areas under HR Recruitment and Selection.

About the Role

Facilitate screening and interviewing applicants for managerial roles prior endorsement for the next level interview; Provide guidance to team members on queries and clarifications regarding recruitment and selection; Review and/or revise job descriptions and monitor regular alignment sessions with hiring managers; Regularly review job profiles and competency requirements of each role; Build the Company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, universities/colleges, and other possible partners for talent sourcing and recruitment; Liaise, coordinate and recommend the selection of external service providers for manpower services, and HR professional consultancy services; Manage the site contents and/or administration of the Recruitment and Selection SharePoint page, Kalibr, and other web-based platforms currently being used/to be used by the Company; Research, recommend, and implement approved sourcing methods and recruitment software in Talent sourcing and acquisition; Suggest various job advertisement options and represent the Company in job fairs and career events, as required or as necessary; and, Educate hiring managers on recommended interview methods and consult with them to prepare for future hiring needs.
