We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment, offering language learning, travel, and cultural exchange experiences to students from all over the world. Job Summary EF Malta is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Recruitment Manager to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for both full-time and temporary staff. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for employment. Working closely with department managers, you will ensure the staffing needs of the school are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, part-time, and temporary staff roles across the EF Malta Schools.Open job requisitions, post job openings, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.Collaborate closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and refine job descriptions.Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates, department heads, and School DirectorEnsure compliance with Maltese employment regulations and company policies, guiding candidates on required documents (work permits, contracts, etc.).Work together with payroll department for employment contracts and onboarding documentation.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.Stay up-to-date with local labour laws, market trends, and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications & Skills Eligibility to work in Malta/EU/EEAProven experience in recruitment or sales, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.1-3 years work experience within recruitment/sales or a related fieldHigh attention to detail, particularly when handling documentation and contracts.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with department managers and the School Director.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Familiarity with Maltese employment law and regulations is preferred.A positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural workplace. Why Join Us? The chance to be part of a company that is dedicated to Opening the World Through Education.A vibrant, international working environment.Collaborating, learning and sharing with colleagues across the world in different positions.Training and opportunities for career growth and professional development within EF’s global network.Get involved: Our flat hierarchies allow you to help shape things right from the start.We can guarantee that no day will be the same, there is a lot of room for flexibility and fun!  About EF Education First  At EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
