**The opportunity**
Delaware North is hiring a Recruitment Marketing and Operations Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Innovation Center in our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. In this internship, you’ll play a part in connecting top talent to opportunities by leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels, while providing essential support for our recruiting teams. The Innovation Center is Delaware North’s in-house center of excellence (COE) for recruitment marketing, employer branding, recruitment technology and operations. Working alongside a collaborative global team, your work will engage thousands of candidates each year. Reporting to the Director of the Innovation Center, you will work across the team supporting our employer branding projects, creating recruitment marketing materials, and assisting our recruitment operations team with quality control.
**Pay**
$19.00 - $19.00 / hour

**What will you do?**
+ Craft engaging and authentic job advertisements that will appeal to our ideal candidates and drive application volume, ensuring that all ads are on brand and optimized for the appropriate channel and that all internal processes are followed
+ Supporting the hiring process by ensuring quality control of requisitions at point of creation and completing assigned audits
+ Creating and managing calendars for employer branding projects including awards and editorial opportunities
+ Researching and analyzing employer branding trends including competitor analysis, careers site data, sentiment analysis, and other relevant data
+ Compiling employer brand data including employee reviews into digestible reports to be shared with internal stakeholdersUpdating our careers site as requested to add event promotion or new team member stories, among other changes
+ Conducting internal outreach to obtain new team member stories to be used in marketing materials; reviewing available library to identify gaps or opportunities to reuse existing story materials
+ Adding and removing leads from the CRM, ensuring data is kept clean and organized
+ Analyzing paid channel performance alongside website or related online platform data to identify key trends and recommend optimizations
+ Create on-brand, attractive content as requested to support our recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns including job descriptions, career stories, and careers site copy
+ Supporting team members as needed with research and execution of other projects or administrative tasks
**More about you**
+ Must be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Marketing or Human Resources.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
+ Experience working in an office environment preferred
+ Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with strong skills in Excel
+ Strong written communication skills required, professional experience in copywriting is a plus
+ Must be a self-starter, effective problem solver, and detail oriented
+ Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills
+ This is a hybrid position and must be available to work our Buffalo, NY office from May - August.
