Applications that do not indicate this may not be considered.  Recruitment Marketing TeamThe Recruitment Marketing Team in our Boston office is responsible for EF’s employer brand strategy. A small but mighty team tasked with sharing what work at Education First is like. With the objective of attracting, recruiting, retaining, and engaging the right people. The Role:Are you passionate about brand building in real life? Are you able to turn insights into actions? Do you love storytelling and content creation? We’re looking for a highly-motivated Recruitment Marketing Co-op who is adaptable and curious with knowledge in brand building. This role is always in a stage of transformation, based on our needs and your talent. To succeed you have to be flexible and able to take on an array of different tasks. Working closely with team members in our Boston, London, and other offices, this co-op will work on content creation in line with our global brand that promotes our products, mission, and work culture to audiences around the world. This includes Ideating, producing, designing and editing content for EF’s global recruitment social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Other tasks include supporting candidate events, maintaining and developing our employer advocacy initiative, and day-to-day support to the team. We are always looking for trends in employer branding hence an interest in research is good. And turning insights into action.  Who You Are:You may be a great fit for this role if you…· Are a creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas and suggestions into action· Are passionate about digital storytelling with experience working and editing videos in TikTok and Instagram· Are comfortable crafting copy (captions, blog posts, scripts, emails, etc.) within certain guidelines and framework· Are detail-oriented and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively· Are excited to learn and not afraid to ask questions· Are adaptable and thrive in a constantly-changing environment· Have experience with asset collection or working with multiple different stakeholders· Have experience using CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop)· Have prior marketing experience, whether it be a past co-op position, coursework, or summer job  EF Boston Co-Op Development Program:As a co-op at EF Boston you'll participate in our Co-Op development program, designed specifically for undergraduates in our North American headquarters in Cambridge, MA. EF's co-op program includes 3 building blocks: LEARN, BUILD & DRIVE.LEARN business acumen and professional development skills.BUILD a worldwide network of leaders, mentors, and peers.DRIVE projects that have a global impact.  About EF Education First:At EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
