**Recruitment Marketing Specialist** Remote/Work From Home (WFH), San Jose, Costa Rica Area Lionbridge is actively seeking a Recruitment/Talent Marketing Specialist to join our expanding Global Talent Operations Team! This is a newly created role, reporting to our Global Director of Talent Acquisition, to continue our laser focus on enhancing our Employer Brand, AI, and Community Value Propositions and creating a world-class internal and external recruiting experience. This is a key role for us as we are dedicated to enhancing our sourcing strategies to attract a diverse slate of high-quality candidates to support Lionbridge’s ongoing growth and AI-powered service offerings. We’re a fun team that tackles great challenges together and are seeking an independent professional who can drive forward the content, communication, approach, and marketing initiatives of our Global Talent Teams. **What You Will Do** + Elevate and amplify our presence across candidate-facing channels to attract top talent for business-critical roles using innovative content and cutting-edge digital strategies. + Create digital and physical talent brand assets, including job descriptions, brochures, candidate collateral, videos, social media posts, and other candidate marketing materials and templates that exemplify our benefits and company culture. + Craft, organize, and maintain internal and external communications about our company’s progress and achievements that will serve both our team members as well as our company culture to the talent market. + Take ownership of exciting, cutting-edge projects to serve talent and attraction campaigns for both corporate employee hiring and community freelancer onboarding. + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Community Management, and Marketing to craft and refine brand campaigns. Your work will create compelling narratives that resonate across diverse markets, directly influencing our ability to attract top talent and maintain our competitive edge. + Develop and maintain a central repository of marketing materials and communications to serve as a vital tool for all team members. **To Be Successful You Will Have** + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. + A full and complete command of the English Language, both written and spoken, as this role will be responsible for creating professional communications and marketing materials in English. + 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate Branding, Marketing, and/or Talent Acquisition function with a focus on employment branding and/or recruitment marketing . + A proven track record in creating impactful employer branding and a knack for storytelling in a corporate setting. + Expertise in digital media, social media, employer branding, and campaign management, ideally with platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, social media sites, and other modern recruitment marketing tools. + Extensive experience with graphic design tools and platforms. Canva and Microsoft SharePoint experience strongly preferred. + Strong project management skills with a flair for handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. + The capacity to perform well with ever-changing and often undefined goals.
