Recruitment Marketing Specialist
The **Recruitment Marketing Specialist** is a key member of Sevita’s Talent Acquisition team, supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to attract and engage top talent while enhancing Sevita’s reputation as an employer of choice. This role focuses on: + Enhancing candidate experience and engagement through CRM and other digital platforms. + Developing and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies to build candidate pipelines and employer brand awareness. + Managing talent acquisition vendors and supporting recruitment teams in leveraging platforms and campaigns effectively. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: + Develop and support talent attraction and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, sourcing platforms, email marketing, and online advertising. + Collaborate with internal and external teams/vendors to coordinate deliverables and execution/distribution across recruitment platforms + Assists with developing employer brand-themed content for distribution on Sevita-branded social media channels + Develops, manages, and distributes the Talent Community newsletter through the CRM platform, collaborating with Employer Brand colleagues to identify relevant content and positioning and reporting out on audience engagement + Manages and updates applicant communications to incorporate Sevita employer brand positioning and messaging at each touchpoint on the job search and apply journey (i.e., job posting templates, prescreening questions, candidate communication templates) + Collaborates with internal and/or external marketing and vendor teams to develop recruitment marketing assets that support talent attraction and engagement, including job and event ads and other promotions, to support local, regional, and/or general Sevita recruiting efforts + Assists in developing and managing ‘automated’ applicant communications used in the applicant/candidate flow process + Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Managers and marketing teams to ensure Sevita employer brand messaging and positioning is incorporated into localized recruitment events. + Assists in measuring effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts, analyzing metrics on digital platforms and campaigns, and recommending solutions to support Sevita talent attraction and engagement goals. + Supports Employer Brand activation and day-to-day management of assets and messaging used to attract and engage candidates + Collaborates with Employer Brand colleagues to plan and develop content for use across digital platforms and communications in order to attract, engage, and retain top talent + Manages and shares employer brand assets with internal teams and external vendors supporting talent attraction, engagement and retention efforts; provides guidance on use and applicability. + Applies employer brand messaging and assets to optimize applicant touchpoints and communications. + Maintains employer brand on external digital platforms to ensure authentic representation of the Sevita employment experience and drive applicant volumes + Vendor management of Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn employer profiles + Identifies, pilots, and measures success of new digital marketing opportunities + Performs A/B testing to maximize marketing effectiveness + Assists with managing Sevita careers site content, candidate engagement, functionality, and collaborating with career site vendors as needed; ensures site delivers key employer brand messaging and an optimal candidate experience + Monitor and optimize visitor behavior and conversion rates to job application and hires + Optimizes search engine optimization and executes organic and paid strategies to increase website visibility + Performs additional duties as needed **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** + None **Minimum Knowledge and Skills required by the Job** _The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job:_ **_Education and Experience:_** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the areas of recruitment marketing, brand marketing or talent acquisition. + Prior experience in vendor management preferred. **_Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:_** + N/A **_Other Skills and Abilities:_** + Ability to use data, metrics, and KPIs to measure and manage campaigns and strategies. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to assess needs, develop recommendations, and find and execute solutions to meet their needs. + Strong writing and editing skills with specific attention to detail + Understanding of talent sourcing practices and structure. + Demonstrated ability to drive projects, track to milestones, develop and deliver final product on time and on budget (if applicable) + Understanding of high-volume candidate sourcing activities and success practices. + Self-directed, curious, proactive learner **_Other Requirements:_** **_•_** Travel may be required as needed to attend on-site meetings, trainings, vendor conferences, etc. **_Physical Requirements:_** + **Sedentary work.** Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
