Recruiting Partner (Healthcare Recruiter)
This is a hybrid role (some work from home days each week)
Deer Oaks, a multi-state psychology practice, is experiencing phenomenal growth and we are looking to add a full-time Recruiting Partner (Healthcare Recruiter) to our team. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, the company employs over 600-700 clinical and administrative staff across 34 states and is considered a leading provider of geriatric psychology, and psychiatry services in America. The Recruiting Partner (Healthcare Recruiter) will source and identify potential candidates to fill requisitions for behavioral health clinician positions throughout the country. Depending on the assigned regional teams, these clinician positions include Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and associated support staff.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate proactive talent pipeline, working toward full cycle recruitment with guidance and input from regional hiring managers Accountable for the on-going cultivation and evaluation of new candidate sourcing channels and methods Conduct the sourcing of clinical candidates within various geographical markets by utilizing various methods including targeted name generation, internal and external networking, mining databases and job boards, developing relationships with associations, etc. Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by performing preliminary phone screen assessments Evaluate 'hot button' motivators of passive and active candidates and influence candidate decision making by outlining Client/position level value proposition Drive effective partnerships with business leaders and recruiters Participate in job fairs, professional events, cold calling, referral recruiting, etc. Advertise job vacancies on job sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Conduct phone / Zoom interviews to identify best candidates Coordinate in-person and/or Zoom interviews with hiring managers Negotiate offer with candidates, partnering with hiring managers Fully utilize candidate tracking reports Stay current with market trends and adjust approach accordingly Use applicant tracking system daily Coordinate with HR to onboard candidates Full Cycle Recruiting Essential Skills: High-volume sourcing and recruiting Experience in health care recruiting preferred Thorough knowledge of recruiting and HR Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Strong client relationship skills Project management Attention to detail Microsoft Office Client relationship skills Comfortable in fast paced environment Build strong partnerships with hiring managers
Educational Qualifications/Experience:
Minimum 3 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience for behavioral health roles. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field Experience in high volume healthcare or long-term care recruiting Proficient in navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS), UKG experience a preferred***Prefer Long Term Care Experience and 4-5 years track record*****
