Job Description
Reporting to the Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving best practices and strive to be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
Support recruiters in all areas of the candidate search assignmentConduct an active search and headhunting candidates (uncover great talent!)Candidate initial screening and interviewingTargeting, attracting, and assessing candidates’ profilesTarget-list development and market mappingTo build up, enrich and update the talents data banksSupport the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functionsTo support consultant in completing the whole recruitment projectDatabase maintenanceOther assignments and tasks as required by the consultants and the company.Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least one (1) year of sourcing (recruiting) experience. This means sourcing candidates, interviewing them and placing them into an open vacancy (requisition)Needs to have a great, can-do attitude, high energy & positive demeanorDoes not necessarily need RPO experience.Open to recruitment agency but needs to have experience with high volume and busy environment.Additional Information
